    Order Tracking

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


    International Shipping

    At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


    • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or soap products unless they are defective.)

    • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@klarnz.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

    • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
